How We Became Vision LED
The Upbringing
Richard Lockhart Nemrow started Nemrow Sales Company (a manufacturer's sales agency business) on January 1,1957. It was a struggle in the beginning, but Dick was determined to succeed in his own business. Over time the business evolved into selling components to distributors and manufacturers in the truck and trailer industries. In 1979, Dick brought his son Nathan into the business.
Together they were able to grow the business and stay ahead of changing markets and trends even through recession and set backs. In 1991, Dick retired from the business at the age of sixty seven. Nathan ran the business for the next 9 years out of his home and in his car, with his wife Debbie who helped with phone calls and paperwork.

In 2000 Nathan’s son Blair, twenty one years old, joined his father in the business. The business continued to sell to OEM accounts in the truck, trailer, marine and specialty off-highway vehicle markets. As the business continued to grow Blair’s wife Shanna joined the business in 2005. She took on the role of managing the company finances. Soon after Nathan’s son Travis joined the business in 2006 also at the age of twenty one. Blair and Travis’s youthful enthusiasm added to Nathan’s years of experience and knowledge has helped Nemrow Sales Company continue to grow and prosper.
Over the next twelve years the sales agency business began to evolve into a warehousing and distribution company that included a name change to Vision LED. Today, Vision LED supplies LED lights and custom wiring harnesses to many of the very same markets and customers that it started out selling more than sixty-five years ago. Vision LED continues to serve their customers with high quality products, on-time delivery and competitive prices in what continues to be a family business atmosphere.
